This guy is Julian Alexander who has an extensive history of under bidding others, getting the bid, doing a little bit of work and then walking off the job. We have a number of DOPL complaints to back this up. We personally got ripped off by this guy, filed suit and the judge awarded us damages for fraud and breach of contract (case number 12-0906057, Judge Kate Toomey presiding). CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY.
