    PLEASE READ. DENNIS WASHINGTON AND WASHINGTON BOYZ CONSTRUCTION IS A SCAM.. HIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. READ HIS REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. HE WALKED OFF MY JOB AFTER 13 MONTHS AND COMPLETED NOTHING. HE STOLE 100K FROM ME. HE WANTED ALL THE MONEY UP FRONT AND KEPT ASKING TO PAY THE SUBCONTRACTORS EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT IN MY CONTRACT. HE CAME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND TOOK EVERYTHING OFF THE JOB AND QUIT. HE STOPPED RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND TEXTS. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.

    I'm so angry and disappointed in the Washington Boyz Construction they strung us along for six months on our home addition project starting with the permit process. We signed our contract on April 15th he didn't began work until August and as of today he sends us an email informing us due to deteriorating health issues he has no choice but to let us terminate the contract for the addition. We declined his termination option. He is the one who has defaulted on the this contract not us he was paid on time every time a payment was due. This is strange because 7days ago after sitting in my living room and discussing what should have been the final phase before enclosure he was handed his second payment . Not once’s did he say anything about terminating our contract was Mentioned or discussed when he picked up payment. . Not until he Failed the PG county inspection on Friday October 6th 2017 for framework The PG County inspector indicated doing the inspection that this looked like a rush job. He was issued correction order for 7 outstanding issues. Now all of a sudden he is Making us aware of health issue. Less than a week after receiving a check. Mr Washington has been making excuses for the longest It started in May from the architect drawing to submission of the permits. Mr. Washington does not like to be questioned Or held accountable for his actions. Mr. Washington informed us at the beginning of the contract that this project would be completed within 90 days. But each time that he was questioned after that he refused to provide finish date. Mr. Washington’s crew/contractors has a pattern of working one day out of Five day work week. And some weeks none at all. I had believe that when I hired Washington boys construction they were Reparable company to deal with After checking references and begin Referred by HomeAdvisor i also contacted the country for complaints or cases. But with all that being said we were still BamboozleI . Washington Boyz Construction wasted value time with all the patience’s we provided. we wish them the best but I do not think Mr. Washington is a reputable company to hire.
    They really don't know nothing about professionalism or building. Thanks for making mess , if don't know what you are doing stop taking folks money and betraying their trust.
    Poor workmanship, everything in frame to window installed failed. Let to find someone willing to make correction.
