    Complete design of front porch and rear deck

    I was in the process of repairing my front steps and rear deck when I was told to stop and that I would needed a building permit to complete the repairs. I was not sure how I would get the drawings that were required by the city until one of my helpers recommended the Washington Design Group. Andrew showed up the same day to start the process and within a week I had all my drawings showing everything that would be done in detail, and done to the cities code requirements. I had no problem submitting the drawings and getting my permit approved.

    So although we have other commercial properties and businesses, I had not ever personally dealt with an architect. When we first began this process I was very skeptical and unsure if the price that we were quoted was worth it. Believe me when I tell you that Andrew and his staff made it worth every dime; down to the fact that we have not had to deal with permitting. That part was worth it all for me. Andrew has been there every step of the way and is always responsive any time I have needed him. If he can't answer right away, I get an immediate text or a call right back. Even though our project is not yet complete, I have every ounce of comfort that he will 100% deliver. I an anxious to see the finished product. He is very professional and I cannot wait to begin our next project so that we can continue to work together in the future.
