  Hired Bruce to remodel our basement. He introduced us to Ismael who he said had been with him for 20 years. Said Ismael and his crew would be the ones working on our project. That lasted for maybe three weeks total, then it was a parade of various handymen who were not qualified to do the work. We were told the project would take three weeks, and it took about 12. All the construction debris was left in our side yard, and we had to complain multiple times before Bruce finally hired a junk removal company to haul it away. He constantly sent workers who were unqualified to do the work. Gave a one star rating because zero stars was not an option. Felt like a scam. Hired him and an experienced crew, and then he switched to unqualified handymen. The handymen were told there were to complete punch list items, which couldn’t have been further from the truth. DO NOT HIRE HIM!

  I hired Bruce Ross to remodel my kitchen. He lied constantly and did horrible work. When he removed the old floor, he didn't seal the kitchen off from the rest of the house and sprayed concrete dust throughout my home. I spent at least 40 hours cleaning because he refused to acknowledge his mistake. I would have fired him then but I had already paid a very large deposit. I thought it couldn't get worse but it did. He damaged the recently installed hardwood floor. He left a lot of work unfinished or poorly finished. Bruce Ross insisted the job was completed and demanded payment in full. I had to hire someone else to finish.

  Horrible -- Stay Away!!!!

  Horrific experience, stay far far away from this company and Bruce Ross!!!!! Not only was the quality of the work terrible, he didn't complete the project leaving it half done, refused to correct multiple errors, did not refund any money, and ruined beautiful existing kitchen cabinets. As a kicker, he even refused to remove his shoddy work. Bruce's attitude was unbelievable, instead of trying to fix anything, he yelled and insisted I (the customer) was wrong and was lying. Never in my life have I run into such horrible customer service. Unfortunately, I paid way too much money up front, will not make that mistake again. Small claims court here we come.
