Water drop renovated my pool in December 2018 and I cannot recommend their work. They lowered the height of the coping without understanding it would create drainage problems around the deck. This was done merely for their own ease of construction without regard for the problems it would cause. Several months ago I noticed that a crack had developed I the pool in the same location it existed before the renovation. They had assured me that this would not happen. Now that it has they won’t return my calls and refuse to honor their warranty. They have totally blown me off. I would recommend staying clear of this company since they do not have the expertise they claim to have and can’t be trusted to stand behind their work
