    Put in swimming pool
    $200,000

    Stay far, far away from these guys. Waterline Aquatics took our (substantial) deposit, made a bunch of excuses, and then literally vanished with our money. Before one shovel even hit the dirt.

    We spent over a year chasing him, taking him to court (won), and garnishing his bank account to get our deposit back.

    It was a long, costly and painful ordeal. We post this in order to save others from our experience.

    This past year we decided to have a pool built, we asked everyone we could, “Who built your pool?” It was shocking to find that, without exception, building a pool was a bad experience and no one recommended their pool builder. We got several estimates from pool builders. The big name pool builders would not return calls/emails. When I did get a response back from Blue Haven I was asked what we wanted, send pictures of our yard, etc. This e felt was what a company would come out and do. All they wanted to know was what was my budget. No one seemed really interested in gaining you as a customer.

    We called Waterline Aquatics, what a difference! Ryan and his entire staff were attentive to details and worked hard to make sure we were pleased, not just with the end product, but with the entire process. Ryan was incredibly patient with us as we decided on the best location for the pool, and what we wanted. I’m sure we were a pain in the butt for them all, but they made it great for us. That is the bottom line - they WANT happy customers and do their best to make it happen. Building a pool in the winter we thought would be a mistake, due to the cold weather, snow, etc. We had great winter weather this year. There were times when no work was going on and all we saw was just a hole in the ground all winter. Waterline Aquatics made it a good experience with exceptional customer service!

    Waterline also offers a pool maintenance service. They are now maintaining the pool during the summer. Our pool looks magnificent, it literally sparkles just after a week being open. When we have had questions, which there were many, Ryan would answer and reply promptly.
    John, Dana, and KJ are just as awesome as Ryan.

    I highly recommend Waterline Aquatics for any pool need. Ryan is attentive to details and is fair and honest. His entire staff and crew are genuinely nice people who care about their customers.
