AWESOME!...Back in July of 2012 Norm showed up early as promised, dropped a dumpster carefully and properly on my yard and then proceeded to remove the old roof, by the time I had made coffee dressed and went out side more than half the roof was removed!! it wasn't even 10 am yet and I have a 3 level huge roof on my colonial in Doylestown. needless to say he did the job completely in one day including ice guard and my shed roof using left over tiles, GAF 3d of course! even replaced 3 or 4 sheets of 8' x 4' plywood that were popping up he picked them up with his own truck himself, if this is your first roof a huge boom truck will pull up to your house and deliver the materials by boom and lift them up to your roof saving a lot of time I know this because I have carried bundles of shingles via ladder to roofs and it is very time consuming and the best part of the deal is that even with the extra plywood his quote was still way better than
the other five!
Thanks Norm here it is 2017 and my roof is dry and looking great and so is the shed! -

Had them install a new roof back in December, 2012. Everything went perfect, and it was done in one day. Installed GAF Timberline Lifetime Shingles. Excellent price and excellent workmanship too. Highly recommend Waterstradt Roofing.

After norm replaced my roof I had water coming on plywood edges where ice and water shield and drip edge was supposed to be installed and correctly installed . He said he didn’t need to install the roof per building code since it was a tear off. After consulting two local reputable roofing contractors and the local building inspector, I was told my roof was not installed per building code and this is one of the worst new roofs they seen. Norm did come back and attempt a repair and was very nice and willing to try and make good on his work, but I still had to finish the repairs. He did say the previous owner wanted the cheapest job possible and that’s what he gave him. If you want a cheap price and very low quality workmanship than norm is your guy!
1)Still holes in the new shingles he installed
2) Valley was installed incorrectly
3) left many overlaps on the shingles
4) left exposed roof nails all over the roof without caulking
5)did not install ice and water shield as far down as code states
6) did not install any drip edge on the entire house as stated in the building code
7)left nails behind all the gutters on the tear off
8) on the eaves of the roof his drip edge he installed during his attempted repair was to small to cover the gap so it pushes the shingles up at the roof line. Should have used something wider if the 1/1/2” didn’t cover! No ice and water shield strip over the drip edge repair.
9) many roof nails left under the new roof
10) had to scrub the scuff marks of my siding from his shingles that were thrown over the roof.
11) two of the roof peaks have no ridge vents installed.
