The worst experience I have had in my 30 years as a homeowner. The work McCullough did is not close to Current Codes and any inspection by the proper county authorities will likely result in an order to remove the deck for failing to obtain Permits. An independent code inspector did a thorough examination and deemed the deck construction unsafe due to structural defects
Advised us to stay off until the new builder can remediate the safety issues and bring it up to current code. McCullough took $16,425.00 from us to pay his materials bill, and has been trying to get us to pay an additional $11,215.00 for our new but unserviceable deck. -

Completely exceeded our expectations, he did a fantastic job and would highly recommend him. He even out preformed our real estate agents expectations. Great to work with, look forward to working with him again.

I’m not sure who left the review on September 11th 2009 but James doesn’t build decks! Fake News from probably a false reviewer. James McCullough does an excellent job on any project we needed help with. By far a better experience than any other company we have hired for HVAC or plumbing projects. The workspace is always left clean and his work is very meticulate and professionally done. I highly recommend this contractor.
