I bought a house from this guy and let me just say this, Worst mistake I ever made. I find new things wrong every week. From leaks, television outlet covers just fell off when I touched them. He added a garage where the carport used to be and I noticed water in the garage when looking to buy the home and he said it was coming from under the door. Wrong, it leaks from corner of ceiling. He lied about so many things. Don't use this guy, his work is horrible!!
