August 2013 4 season room installed. 2019 I notice my roof on the four seasons room was coming off and the gutter were not working properly. When it rain the water run over the gutter at the same place the roof is separating. I called to get someone to come out and repair the problem but that was a dead end. I reached out to Four Seasons Sunroom and they had someone return my call ASAP. In August I received a call from a repairs person that said he would be out that day to assess the problem, but on that day I was leaving for vacation. The repair person agreed that after I get back in one week he would come out to assess the problem. It has been a year and still no return call or follow up from Weather Seal. July 2020 I call and spoke to Howard and again no follow up call or service.
