What a disappointment this company is!!! I have had them come out over the years with no problems but the last two times its been hell. Their worker hooked up wires that were unconnected to breakers for a swim spa that I used to have. These breakers were not even at the main breaker box! He found them on his own. and left them hot when they had nothing to do with why he came out. He left the main fuse box cover off!
Then months later I realize what he did and call the company. I tell them exactly why I want the same worker to come out. They send him He tells me to call an electrician! Add insult to injury they are trying to charge me $210 for 15 min of time spent. He came on the property thru a NO TRESPASSING sign ,thru a locked gate and drove right in and parked. I "found" him wandering the property far away from the site he was called to look at. The compnay was to call me when he was at the gate as I have six DOGS!
I will never recommend this company and am very sorry I ever did! I had the previous electrician, who had disconnected the wires as it was hot and going to NOTHING a huge liability if anyone had touched them and I have two teens and all their friends come over! The elecritiion called the man at Weeks- Otto that argued with me and Otto said to this other professional- yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah and HUNG UP!
Now Weeks called the credit bureau
