    Total renovation. Down to studs.

    Garry and his crew did an outstanding job doing a total renovation of our condo. There were several factors that made the renovation challenging. There was no space for a dumpster and all debris had to be carried to a truck and taken to the dump. This including 1600 sq,ft of old carpeting and several walls that were taken done. Inspectors in Ann Arbor were hard to schedule and this held up work at times. When problems arose Garry figured out the best solutions. Our condo is a show piece - everything came out beautiful.

    He gives a great deal, but you end up paying for it with the final product. He left our house a mess, and damaged things and didn't even notify us or try to repair them. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, even if you are on a budget. We also tried telling him our opinion on his job and told him about the damage and he then mocked us on our house and was very rude, if I could post the messages from him on here I would. Very disappointing.
