Wess did work on four bathrooms in our home. Nice guy however for what we paid we expected much better. The quality of the work was average at best but a few things left us rather disappointed.
1. He had to use regular tile for the baseboard which left the look very unfinished. We asked him about it and he told us he informed us prior about the need to use regular tile to avoid replacing the drywall. We were NOT informed that the tile edges would need to be painted and barcodes would be visible.
2. He didn't want to remove the layers of flooring in the master bath which raised the floor and made the doors difficult to close- we have to call someone else to fix.It also left our tub spout obnoxiously sticking out of the tile.
3. He agreed to change out a vanity in the powder room for free which was a big mistake. He didn't secure the vanity, notched out holes in the wall studs and left two large holes (bigger than a size 10 shoe) on each side and informed us we needed to fix the drywall.
He did return to fix two leaking shower heads, a cracked tile, and some small holes, which were a sign of his work quality, but we have since discovered lots of little holes in the grout. We are extremely disappointed at the quality of work (uneven wall tile and grout lines) for the price we paid.
