All I know about West Coast Aerial Construction is that they apparently drive their trucks with no regard to safety.
I saw one of their boom-trucks jump a divider at a busy West Seattle residential intersection, drive on the wrong side of the road to bully their way through a crowded supermarket parking lot. If they keep driving this way they're going to kill someone.

I encountered employees from this company when they were blocking a street. I suggested that they put a notice at one end of the street so that cars were halfway down the street before they realized they needed to turn around. Some of the employees laughed and said they didn't need to put a notice. It wasn't required by law. When I said that I was going to complain, they were disrespectful. I would never use them or recommend anyone use them.
