We have had a horrible experience with this company. We found out after spending $47k on what was suppose to be a 4-5week job, that the proper permits had not been obtained and a stop work order was placed on our door. The customer service and integrity has been unacceptable. We are now still in a 6 month delay to be able to properly care for an aging parent. Heart is broken. We are having to go to court over something they could have taken care of.
