Sharing a brief synopsis of our experience so far with WRH. It's unfortunate because we love the layout of the house, but some quality defects and dealing with some of the sub-contractors/trades has been a major hassle. I may consider updating my rating when items are fully fixed.
What was immediately apparent after we moved into the home, there were numerous, some major, items that WRH did not fix prior to closing and us taking the keys (gas exhaust port dangling on the side of the house resulting in no hot water, missing/broken fence posts, LEAKING in between concrete gaps causing drywall damage, unattached handles rendering showers useless, bowed flooring, rusty nails jutting out of poorly tied down turf, and more). We've since discovered more of these issues, not even including, when getting windows fitted for curtains, the company was SHOCKED to see how badly uneven our window frames were made.
