Julie and her Westmintster crews really saved my bacon! Some unexpected health challenges nearly turned my condo renovation into scaled down minimal version I'd have to settle for rather than the remodel I envisioned and wanted. I needed a contractor ASAP, from recommendations from Morgan's Kitchen and Bath, I threw up a Hail Mary and Julie/Westmintster answered.
As an avid cyclist in a small condo, I'd lean my bikes up against walls or furniture as they lacked a defined place in my home. I wanted to wall mount my bikes in my entryway to show their importance and provided them with a defined place to be put away. I never would have thought of the charcoal shiplap backing that Julie suggested. I look at my bike wall every day and thank my lucky starts for Julie's suggestion, the bike wall now looks and feels like high art.
My bathroom really needed some love and Westmintster stepped up with a sleek modern look. All interior doors also needed updating, I really love how much light I get in my second bedroom/office-study with new glass pane French doors.
Westminster also demoed and renovated an entryway closet that wasn't built to code. The depth was about 10-inches to narrow (you'd have to fit coats in at a 45-degree angle to close the door) and there was this bizarre 45 degree wall that was a pinch point narrowing the hallway to the bathroom and primary bedroom. Julie's crews opened up the hallway and rebuilt the closet to a very usable standard depth.
I could not be happier or more thankful for the work of Westmintster and highly recommend them to anyone in need of an outstanding general contractor.
