I hired him to replace a kitchen ceiling and 2 lighting fixtures. I thought his contract price was fair and he did a good job. I then hired him to replace a sump pump and paid for the job the day of. Then I hired him to put in a quartz counter top and new sink and garbage disposal. My bad, I trusted him and didn't get a contract. I paid him in full for the cost of the stone and to have the granite company install the counter top, and for him to install the sink, faucet and garbage disposal. A few weeks later I received a call from the granite company informing they haven't received full payment for the counter top and that Ryan has not been returning their calls. Their next step was to put a mechanical lien on my property. I tried contacting Ryan, he didn't return my messages either. Not wanting the lien on my property I paid the remainder of the bill, $754. I sent emails and text messages to Ryan offering to work something out with him, either a payment plan or taking it off his next job. Again no response for from him. This company stiffed me out of $754. NEVER do business with Whynot & Sons!

He takes your money for Materials to never show up again and not deliver materials he ignores your phone calls and text now I’m out of the money I gave him and have no materials for what I paid for!!!
