I have an 1880s Victorian home that had rot issues on the weather (south) side. The exterior wall had been rebuilt once, in 1986. Steven carefully removed all affected wood and insulation and replaced the bad "run of the mill" fir siding with close grained cedar milled to match and the rotted plywood sheathing with marine quality plywood. He also replicated pieces of the window trim that had rotted. He also took care of some other similar small items elsewhere on the exterior. Excellent work. I have some rotting porch baluster bases that need replacing and he will be the first contractor I will contact.

I have a 1910 home near Olympia, WA. Steve rebuilt and refinished over 40 double hung windows for us. His work is the highest quality and he’s a great guy on top of that!
