William Innis (at the time going by Bill Innis) scammed me out of $1500 back in 2018. After meeting with him in Idaho Springs at Tommyknockers, a customer chased me down to warn me not to work with him. Unfortunately I already had prepaid him. That’s my fault for being too trusting of a licensed “professional”. The one time he did come out to start the job, he ruined my floor around the floor drain, said he needed to get more materials to do the job and NEVER came back. He seemed to enjoy the fact he just ripped me off in our communications about the job not being done.

All in all I know it was a communication problem. He went out of his way to provide me contacts in my new endeavor. He offered me my money back but I didn’t follow thru and being aware how much he invested, I felt he probably deserved it
