Buyer beware! He is a Horrible builder. He built my house 2 years ago and I have had nothing but issues with my house. He uses poor materials and doesn't take pride in his work. DO NOT HIRE HIM!

William Max gresham built our home in ocean acres nj in 2019, we were very pleased with his work and how easy he was to work with. We also know other people who have had homes built by him. Nobody has said a bad thing about him. I suspect the first comment that was posted negative about him must have been from another builder or competitor. He has built over 100 homes in this area and we were recommended us buy from him , and we were very pleased we did
