Hands down: William Harold Pitts Jr. While researching and interviewing concrete contractors, I ran across his prior employer, Whitney Enterprises. The owner, Ryan, had nothing but positive things to say about William and that he helped link him up to the City of Beaverton where William is now well known and gets lots of business through the city referral list. Ryan even went so far as to recommend William over himself! William is a hard working guy and very honest guy interested in making the job right rather than squeezing every last dollar when there is a last minute change to the project after the work has started. Used him on our sidewalks and he worked with six of us neighbors always in a positive and professional manner and got it done on-time despite unanticipated rain. I plan to use him again for our driveway, walking path and rear patio!
