    Site excavation
    $15,000

Prep work for new pole barn 50 x 100, several hundred feet waterline ran to out buildings, retaining walls built utilizing Jersey barriers. Everything met my expectations and beyond. Very reasonable on costs no corners cut. If 10⭐ were available I'd leave that.

    Install new septic system
    $15,000

Do not expect them to do any sort of finish work or clean up. They had installed a new septic system at a house I had recently bought and they had pull out some old rail road ties to lay rock and they just tossed them off to the side in my yard, they left a piece of round pipe from the old septic tank laying in my yard. To really make things better they did not grade the back of my house properly and the first time it rained after they got done I had water running through my basment doors, also did not come back to backfill where the ground settled next to the new septic tank and that hold a ton of water. They said they would be back to fix everything....... That was in early November and they "finished" the job in mid October
