William J Isbell charges double to his clients. He charged his own brother $10K for a septic tank which cost him $5K, he built my home and I found out he charged me for the building materials and labor of building himself a dock at his own home. Buyers Beware That's all I can say!

Look like in all his transaction he is far from noble. I delt with him in an airoplane (N5660S) he was selling with 2 out of 4 cylinders not working properly. I was donating the plane to Shriners Hospitals for Children and I did not felt right in this transaction so I hired my own airoplane inspector. Now he is holding $2000 my down payment and I am filing a law suit. He passed his own plane in an annual inspection and had an engine oil leak plus 2 bad cylinders. A complain filed with FAA and I will escalate it in higher authorities.
