William Nichols served as a supervising contractor for a renovation project for one of our rentals. He was excellent. Mr. Nichols was very thorough and explaining what the project entailed and the cost. He was very conscientious and making sure our money was well spent. His recommendation for subcontractors worked out very well for us. Those person has worked with integrity and Excellence. I will surely use him again for our future projects. As a matter of fact dot-dot. We already have another scheduled.
