They remodeled a retail store in ship bottom nj, turning it into a realestate office for my company and partners, ect. William assured me that he didn't need a license for commercial work/commercial contractor. I checked and he was right, only residential contractors need a license. He did have the proper insurance and did a fantastic job. The partners are very happy and William is doing work for several of the partners now! Thank you, Elaine McHugh
