Bill has helped me for my apartment remodeling, which is still on-going. He is very experienced and paid attention to details. What I like the most is he provided a variety of choices when I need to select, e.g., a material. But he is very busy and needs to be reminded. Overall he is a quite good architect.

We thought William R. Spade was good overall. I recommend you stay on top of him in terms of filing permitting and paper work. The only negative was that he recommended a contractor that did not work out so well. But, as far as architectural work and handling all the permitting, paper work, red tape he was excellent.

We (Grace Funeral Chapels) worked with Bill Spade in obtaining permits and drawings for the replacement of our handicap lift.It was a drawn out process due to the many city agencies involved. In fact we are awaiting our final inspection by the NYC Dep't of Buildings.Bill is quite the professional. I would not hesitate to engage his services again.
