Follow-up to problems with the installation of 5 mini-split systems in our home this summer is extremely lacking. A couple of phone messages, an email and a letter were ignored so far. One of the major problems that still needs to be addressed could involve a potential frozen water pipe and the resulting damage that would be caused to my property. It is a shame that I have to go to this length in writing a review to try and get the owner's (David J. Williams, Jr.) attention. Furthermore, Williams Heating & Cooling LLC would be the organization to contact if I have a Warranty complaint to file in the next 10 years. If my current negative experience is any indication, I am not sure if future potential warranty problems would be addressed timely. I wondered if the manufacturer, Fujitsu, is aware of the problem that a consumer of their products might have to face? On a positive note, I would add that most of the job was done professionally & neatly and the units are currently all working properly. But the lack of follow-up to only 2 problems, one of which could be very serious, is leaving a bad impression on the overall job performance!
