I wouldn’t recommend Wolff Development or Patel the owner to my worst enemy or friend. He stole my money, never completed the job, and what he did do wasn’t up to code. He uses unlicensed workers to destroy your project and lies to cover up his blatant mistakes and complete remodel failures. The job was contracted to take two months and they took over a year to never finish the job. I have evidence to prove his poor workmanship and am forced to sue them for the illegal work that wasn’t done safely or correctly. I’m talking about faulty electrical, flooding plumbing, and cross contamination of building materials that failed code inspection. I still have nightmares about this whole experience!
