Miguel Angel Wong
Miguel Wong installed two new furnaces and two new AC units at my home in November 2019. After 7 months, he finally (I hope) got everything working properly May 20, 2020. The first 6 months I was patient and kind with the many visits Miguel had to make to my house to fix things.
After 6 months, and 2 months without AC, I put my foot down and told him to get it all fixed immediately.
Miguel got angry. He would text me constantly making fun of me, my work, my requests for working equipment, my reports of electrical buzzing from his wiring...When I did not answer his phone call, he sarcastically texted me his feelings. Is this man a professional? Or a jr. high kid who wants to get back at me because his equipment doesn’t work?
I told Miguel to stop texting me but he kept it up. I had to block his number. Like many men, Miguel does not STOP when a woman says STOP. Miguel needs to learn that NO means NO.
Keep in mind that I paid Miguel thousands of dollars in November of 2019, on time and in full. He’s been happily spending my money for 7 months. But he goes ballistic on me when I tell him to do the job, do it right, and do it now? Does not fit the definition of a professional.
