This hack was hired by the seller before we bought this house. Had a slow toilet, plumber pulled it and the whole drain pipe was full of broken tile and other demo debris. They used a sprayer to paint and got overspray everywhere including wood ceiling and beautiful wood finished staircase. Doors that don't close correctly or latch properly. Brand new windows were installed (not level or plumb so most don't open all the way) but none of the completely rotted wood was replaced, just covered poorly with metal. I could list 100 other things but bottom line is don't hire this hack master, worse than a snake oil salesman
