Gary Frankenfield of Woodfield custom homes stole my money and my home plans! When I placed a back up bid on a home he was selling, he took the "option fee" money although the bid wasn't accepted. Per TREC - you have three days to provide this fee once a bid is accepted; the money wasn't his to take. Additionally, when I was considering building a home with him, until he finally presented a written contract with prices much higher than he verbally indicated they'd be, so I therefore told him I would not build with him, he stole the home plans that I had paid $3500 for! Stay far away from the crooked dealings you'll have with him.
