Purchased a home in 2024 that didn’t meet building code from 2018. Deck was not to code and had to be completely torn down, tons of drainage issues from improper grading in the backyard, plumbing that was improperly down and terminated against code, no sill seal on half the house, and much more. Gave the builder (Justin) numerous opportunities to make it right, he ghosted us. Had several items on the 1-yr warranty inspection he never addressed. Stay away from Justin Jones and Wooklake Homes.
