There is no zero stars. Bought a house from capital state improvements which is owned by this guy. After a year of living in the house, I noticed a musty smell in the house. No wonder the floor was not sticking on the subfloor because all the floors (laundry, kitchen and bathroom) were full of black mold. It is so bad that the contractor that I have fixing it has to put a HEPA mask on. It was already moldy before they have put the new flooring on. Way to go. I am very allergic to mold and been sick for a year now.
