We have hired Y and c to repair some of the ac in our buildings we have been working with them for 4 years we did hire them recently for our house the ac what can I say it was his time so they gave us recommendations and we hire them they did it in 3 days the change out and so far it is working great thank you Chen

The folks at Y and C heard what she had to say, got a sense of what I needed and with their expertise did a job that blew both us away. Recommend them!

I just had a house redone for a real estate deal I was hoping to put together. The place was literally in shambles and needed all sorts of work from roof fixes to space alterations. Luckily Y and C Construction took care of that for me. Not only did the house look great, the work was so well done that I bagged quite the price for it!

Our garage was just sitting there collecting dust as we didn’t have a car so the decision to turn it into an additional dwelling unit was a natural one. What surprised us about the transformation was that it was really economical. Even now, we can’t wrap our head around how quickly and effectively YOR Construction was able to convert it into an ADU!

WOW! Talk about a knock yoursocks off contractor, this is as good as it gets! I had over $30K in work done by Y&C Services. New Roof, new gutters & downspouts, new siding, new window and door wraps, some soffit and fascia replacement and lastly 4 window's removed. The roofing crew was quick, conscientious and when all said and done very thorough in their clean up. The siding guys, talk about real craftsman and meticulous these guys took their time and made sure that every cut, fold, tuck was done with pride. They are true CRAFTSMAN in their work. I highly recommend Y&C Construction Services.

We were beyond thrilled with Y & C as our contractors. I can't say enough good things about them, and would highly, highly recommend.
We had a large remodel project, that involved removing the walls between the kitchen, dining room and living room, and then a complete remodel of the kitchen area. Their recommendations were all excellent, including the fact that we should get an architect to evaluate for wall support before we even started.
They were both extremely personable and hands-on, and we consistently reachable at all times. They offered a quote that was very reasonable, especially compared to others, and finished the job in line with budget and on time. I also don't think we would have received better service from anyone else.
When the store we purchased appliances from came in to measure (after the custom built cabinets were installed) they said it was "the easiest measuring job they had ever done, as whoever our contractors were knew what they were doing. All valves and plugs were in the exactly correct spots." Chen had us purchase the appliances before cabinets were built and put in place, so that they could make sure (based on model numbers) everything was exactly where it should be.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience with this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great job by the team today. They had to remove a 35-year-old furnace from a tiny upstairs closet and install a new one with air conditioning.
They put up with my endless questions with a smile (I'm inquisitive), and kept the carpeting clean.

I am very happy of the decision made to hire Chen and his team , I first found Y & C on the internet, I liked the fact that when I called them Chen came to our place the same day for quoting , he was very detail oriented of the work he needed to do to install the 2 air condition and heating system include all ducts, when we decided he was the right choice he also give us clear expectation of how long the work will take them, more than everything I also loved that he was on time , he showed up the day and time we agreed, it was very convenient for my husband and I since we both work. He completed everything in the timeframe originally given. I look forward to have more projects at home and work with Y and C.
