Your Construction did for us a beautiful work we are happy with them. They did for us work for approximately 12 years. Multiple projects multiple houses.
If we’re using them for 12 years, you can understand what we thinking about them. I think this is enough.

We needed drywall repairs that included plugging of various holes and cracks where air was infiltrating from the neighboring townhouse utility room. It was fussy work, and it took some careful thought to decide exactly how best to do it. The owner discussed with us the different approaches and materials, and he did a great job. He was professional, punctual, and responsive. We'll definitely hire this company again.

We just had a new roof installed at our restaurant by Y.O.R. Construction and I must say, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. Our salesman, was very professional and was willing and able to assist us every step of the way, from the proposal all the way through to the signing of the contract., on-site supervisor, knocked on my door the day the work was to be completed and gave me an entire rundown on what to expect. I have spent 30 years on the construction site and I’ve never met anyone as professional and informative as he was. I have also never seen anyone cover the whole house with tarps to contain the debris and prevent damage to the window screens and siding the way they did. Great job guys!

I hired Y.O.R. Construction to paint 2 rooms in my apartment, including a ceiling that needed to be scraped and repainted. I was really pleased with the entire experience! This is my frame place. I've had them frame pieces at least 5-times with 100% satisfaction. The staffs are fantastic. The prices are extremely competitive and there is usually a quick turnaround.

They did a great job with my bathroom remodel, from start to finish it was a good experience, as we have had horror stories to share in regards to bad contractors and getting ripped off. Luckily for us these guys were very honest and upfront with cost and timeline.

They re plastered my pool and also helped me with install 14 new windows. Job was completed in a timely manner and we were very happy with how the process went as we were followed up accordingly throughout the job to make sure payments were properly made for work that was completed.

I found the YOR construction team to be very humble. Even though they’ve been in business for years, they were willing to listen to my requirements. We did with them kitchen remodeling and a bathroom remodeling and lighting to the house All led Lights we were very happy it took them about two weeks more But in there Defend we did gave them more work All totaled They work took two months and a half including the painting we are very pleased their price is not the cheapest one but also not very high

We recently had a complete renovation done in our LA home by Y.O.R. Construction. They resized three of the rooms in the house, remodeled our kitchen and all three bathrooms, repaired and remodeled the roof and converted our garage for additional use. These guys were brilliant. Super organized, great to work with and very accommodating. Amazing job guys!

Y O R Construction build for us small apartment building 22 units they are very good at what they do bought need to be careful we change orders we had showing change orders about 8% from all the project which is a lot extra from the original contract but we do understand there was a need for it.

We just completed a renovation of our bathroom with Y.O.R Construction and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Kobi and his highly skilled team did a fantastic job from the moment of consultation all the way to the end. The process took 3 weeks and this bathroom being the only one in the condo, we were extremely weary about losing the usage. The team was well aware of the situation and did their very best in making sure the remodel timeline went punctually. We only lost the usage of the toilet for one day out of the whole process!
The team was always punctual in arriving on time in the morning and most importantly they treat your home with respect. They always made sure to clean up as much as possible at the end of every work day.
We had a specific list of needs (adding laundry) and wants for how the bathroom would turn out and in the end Y.O.R. Construction did not disappoint in giving us exactly that!

This is our second time working with Y.O.R. Construction. The first time we worked with them, Kobi, Chen and team gave our newly purchased home's living room and bedrooms new life with scim-coating, painting. Kobi took the time to listen to us and help us figure out what we wanted to do with the bathroom space. We thought we knew what we wanted, but after some great discussion and consultation from Kobi, he came up with a different layout of the space, and it worked out perfectly. YOR Construction is one of the most professional and courteous companies with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working! My wife and I gathered seven different estimates for a kitchen remodeling, but only YOR gave me a realistic and affordable quote. Their friendly office personnel was a pleasure to work with and the GC was very personable and knowledgable in his field. Jacob was the one that came to my house. Not only he was very courteous, but also very detail oriented. I was very impressed with the fact, that after he finished the inspection he provided me with the initial estimate, which did NOT change later (maybe by few dollars). It was the only company that managed to deliver an estimate on the spot; others have emailed days or weeks later or never. The crew was scheduled for the following week and the project took only 4 days. They worked fast and relatively quiet, which was important for me as I work from home. The work they have done surpassed my expectations and I am very pleased with the quality, design and practicality of my new kitchen! I cannot recommend this company enough!

he was doing for me the re plaster of my pool and after that we got kind off friends and after that about 3 month after the re plaster he did for us a patio cover 3" insulated that my wife liked and about 1 year after he did for us the bathroom Coby is very friendly and very good contractor highly recomended his phone is 888-457-7746
