When Yakima Building Science offered to perform a blower door and duct test for us and gave us such good terms, we accepted, and are really happy that we did. The service was excellent. We arranged to have YBS come at a time that was convenient for us and they came right on time, assured that we were not inconvenienced in any way, and got the job done efficiently and thoroughly. We were also impressed by the general courtesy and know-how of the workers. They set the testing up quickly, did the test, and removed all equipment. leaving nothing behind that we had to clean up or re-arrange. We were impressed by the workers' know-how, but also pleased by their quiet friendliness to all in or around our household while they were here.
YBS was doing the assessment for our home for our personal needs, but we could see how the way they worked would be very helpful to other contractors who needed such assessments for their construction or re-construction work and certifications. YBS clearly keeps the needs and desires of their clients in mind. They make scheduling easy, interactions pleasant, completion of the work excellent, and delivery of all paperwork timely. We would recommend them to anyone seeking high quality and efficient work.
