Hiring this contractor (Yuriy Beyzyk) was one of the biggest mistakes in my life. There were several issues throughout our engagement: 1) there were materials and trash left on the balcony after the project was completed 2) he installed several cabinets up-side-down and chipped several corners in the process 3) tried to cut corners in several instances throughout the engagement and thus needed to be micromanaged 4) extorted me for extra money at the end and filed a mechanics lien in court with no prior notice (and no honest justification).
