The story is long and drawn out so I’ll hit the basics. Keith came out to diagnose the electrical on my fireplace at a cost of $350.00. He spent about a half hour with me telling me he would get a Patrice on parts and call me back, that never happened. After several weeks and leaving messages he finally called back, he said one part was no longer available. Due to his failure to do what he said he would do and many, many weeks of waiting I told him I didn’t need his service. I searched the internet and found all the parts, all of them. I purchased the parts, installed them myself. The fireplace works perfectly. Keith wasn’t concerned, had no follow through and was expensive. He had an extremely poor attitude as if I was a bother to him. He should not be in the service industry.
