This company bought our home before us and “flipped” it. In reality all they did was apply some new paint, and make the place look pretty. They did nothing to fix any of the Pre-existing issues. There was visible and noticeable water damage due to the toilets, the fridge that they left from the previous owners doesn’t work and can’t even fully open, the mailbox was rotted and left all mail soaked with water, the appliances weren’t connected or set up, and some of the baseboard heaters don’t work. That is all we have found so far after we bought the home. During the buying process the inspector noticed that the beam in place to hold up the second story wasn’t to code. So we put it in as one of the items that must be fixed prior to us buying the home. They fought tooth and nail with us and wanted us to pay for the repair before we even owned the home. At a glance the home looks beautiful and nice but once you actually look it’s full of shoddy work. Do not buy from them you’ll end spending thousands in repairs to fix their work.
