So many short cuts with the house. Make sure to triple check everything. No quality control. Lots of lipstick.
There was no one watching this new build. They left the gas lines loose under the cook top. We could have died. The main living/ kitchen/ dining room floor warped needs to be replaced. They hired terrible subs. About 50% of the carpet is being replaced because they patched everywhere and its fraying. Now we have water under the vapor barrier and on top and they don't want to fix it!!!! Time for the attorney to step in. We were their practice house that's why there is so many problems. To many to list. This guy saw a opportunity to make $$$ and he is not a builder and he hired Joe the builder but he's only the project mgr but he doesn't to do anything. The workers are telling me that.
