To be honest, when we called YS originally, they did answer their phone and they even came down to give us an estimate. But then they never showed up to do the work until we harassed and harassed them. When they finally came, they made a tremendous mess. All we needed was some cement so rain water would drain away from our home. My lawn, my home, my patio furniture, my toys all got full of cement. (They did come back to clean it up somewhat & they said that the rest will wash away by the next storm but many months and rain storms later I still have cement on my house and in my lawn). Then, they demanded we pay in full before we had a chance to see if they did the job correctly. They did not. The cement was pitched wrong and they made our original problem worse. Rain water is draining towards our home instead of away from it! We politely asked them to come back and fix it. All we got was empty promises that they'll "come tomorrow". We'd stay home all day and no one would show up. It is over six months later. No one has come to fix it. It is one thing to make a mistake; it is another not to own up to it. Do yourself a favor. Find someone else to use.
