I would not recommend this builder, I purchased a home in 2019 that had a warranty— and since then I have had two major leaks occur affecting my kitchen and master bathroom. Both of the leaks caused kitchen and bathroom to need repairs that took weeks to months to have functioning bathroom/kitchen again. After multiple months of negligent work, and faulty repairs, and terrible experiences with Zach Savage and his crew, I would explore other builders in the area. I have items on my initial inspection report that are still not completed as well.
