This company is terrible to work with. After hiring this company, we uncovered that he had a delinquent LLC, we asked for a permits to be pulled and inspections to be completed and he failed to comply or even pay for the inspections. The quality of work is poor. After we parted ways, we uncovered that walls were not straight, insulation was not installed where it was suppose to be, we found our smoke detector in the garbage can, the list could go on and on. In addition, the customer service interaction was terrible. Niko took several hours to days to respond to us. we were told his team would be onsite to work certain days, we were lucky if the showed up by 1pm in the afternoon, and sometimes didn’t show at all. We paid for a significant amount of this project for only about an 1/8 of it to be done correctly before we parted ways. I would not recommend this company.
