We engaged Zambrano a few years ago to design our new High School. We found his firm capable and reliable. They were able to deliver everything we needed and expected thus far. We have reached the stage of construction drawings and engineering plans. We would have prepared if he worked faster than we are, as we are still waiting for the plans. Also, he charged us for various extras and overruns pretty heavily. Be careful how you define his duties and deliverables. For example we needed an excavation and shoring plan, and he claimed it was excluded.
