  I just finished building my custom home with Zaugg Construction and I am so pleased! Every little thing that I wanted customized, Brett Zaugg did for me. He was easy to work with and listened to my concerns about building. He put my mind at ease as I saw his work. My home is beautiful and I would recommend anyone to build with them. A home is an investment and I'd make that investment with Zaugg Construction.

  Zaugg Construction represents quality. From building my first starter home to my last house which is over 10,000 sq. ft., Brett was the best. He is a hands on contractor who cares about even the smallest details. He sat down with us and discovered what our wants and needs were and then went to work to make our dreams come true. He has a creative professional eye for details and even thought of things we did not. He is easy to work with and his sub contractors love to work on his jobs. Many of them told us that if/when they builld their new home they would have Zaugg Construction build theirs. Quality custom home building is becoming a lost art, but Brett Zaugg is one of the best. He does not care what size your home is, he just wants to make sure when your house is finished that it is "more then what you dreamt of." Zaugg Construction is honest and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

  As I read these comments, I am not sure where "Rachelle" gets her information. I have know and built with Zaugg Construction for over 12 years now and I have never known them to be dishonest. Actually, almost the opposite - very honest in all our dealings, never tried to cover anything up, always was very open about his contractor billings and such. I completely trust Zaugg Construction, so much so that we are thinking of down-sizing and would have them build for us again. We appreciated his professional attitude so much that we talked several of our family and friends into having Zaugg Construction build their house too! We are all very pleased with our results.

  When I first looked into moving into the neighborhood developed by Brett Zaugg, I knew right away that he was a man I could trust. His knowledge exceeded any builder I had worked with in the past. I would not hesitate to use Brett Zaugg when building again. I have no doubt that he takes very serious the construction of home building. I have also witnessed the building of other homes in this neighborhood, both by him and by other builders. Some builders think speed is what's best. Brett uses the best technology and completes his homes in a timely manner. I know my home is built to withstand what others will not. To me that far outweighs the fastest builder. I am friends with several other families that had homes built by Brett Zaugg. There is not one that regrets the choice they made in a home builder.

  I Don't know about what was said above, BUT I do know Brett Zaugg with Zaugg Construction personally and he is the most kind and honest person I know. He has built my last Two house and I am a women and I am the one that had them built so he delt with me. I had absolutly no problem with him or any business dealings and he always did what he told me he would do. I love both of my houses built by him. I would definatly build another house with him he only builds a quality house and uses only quality subs. Both of my lots were bought and built by Zaugg Construction. Love him and Love my house, I would recommend him to anyone!!!

  I found working with Zaugg Construction an awesome experience. Zaugg is very knowledgable and trustworthy. His work was such high quality that I have referred all my friends to him. Everyone has been extremely happy with the results. It is hard these days to find a builder to trust with something as important as building a home for your family, but Zaugg is one with high intergrity and work ethics. Our home was built in the time frame we gave him with the highest quality workmanship. If you are looking for someone to build you a home that you can enjoy for the rest of your life, Zaugg Construction is the way to go. I highly recommend it.

  By all means if you want to contact this builder don't let on that your interested or this Zaugg Construction will start playing games. He's even allowed us to go 2 or 3 phone calls and then started playing games trying to manipulate us. Especially if your a woman. He told me all along I could bring in my own builder, says he will discount the lot if he builds, that is fair, until he lies and says he never said that. I went and got a loan for this lot so I could give him the amount he wanted and I could bring my own builder. He way overcharges for him to build a house. All I have to say is make sure you can trust a person you are paying thousands of dollars to. As for Zaugg construction I wouldn't.
