Terrible communication and customer service. He installed a septic unit that was leaking sewage water into my yard just 8 months later...where my twin babies and animals play! He refused to respond or come out to look at it. Now I have to pay someone else several hundred dollars to diagnose HIS issue. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else.
