  Main Roof, chimney, front porch roof and railings

  $15,000

  6-25-25 Colby Zwigart was sent to my house by Residential Resources. He was supposed to do my roof, a front porch roof , chimney & railings. He sent over Bo & Mark but didn't give me their last names. He did my job in Nov & Dec 2024 when I told him not to do my job in the winter time. Bo destroyed my home, stole my property, never finished the job & left it in an unsafe condition. He got $15,000 for this job from Residential Resources. He did not put $15,000 into my house through Materials or Labor. Both Zwagart & Residential Resources should lose their license to work anywhere. They refused to give the AG any information & also wont give me their liability insurance company so I can file a claim , so I will have to sue them to get money to have this redone. All other roofers stated it will fail soon as the shingles are lifting, cupping and crooked. I wanted to give them no stars but couldnt

  Don't hire this company, they're unprofessional, extremely OVER priced& they are always over the time promised to do the job by weeks. Three months& $30,000 later& my brand new roof they put on is back to leaking all through out my attic& they expect me to wait weeks for them to find the time to come back out and look at it, that's if the moron they have answering their calls can ever actually relay a message& stop hanging up on paying customers. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!

  I had the same experience with this company as the previous review, major issues with the girl they have answering the phones, Mandy I believe was her name, same girl each time I called, she's the reason I didn't end up hiring this company. Speaking with her was like speaking with a child, not only was it difficult to understand a word she said, but she was very rude& obviously doesn't have a clue what she is doing or just doesn't want to be bothered, as the above stated she also hung up on me, twice. She never replied my contact info to her boss, I'm a landlord in the Pittsburgh& surrounding area's with over 110 properties, I was looking to hire someone to maintain& get some ready for sale, they missed out on a lot of business because of her. Don't bother wasting your time calling this company, as it seems noone there wants to work.

  I recently hired this company to remodel my bathroom.They did a great job but they were way over the time promised by almost double!I feel like they have alot of communication problems mainly because of the girl they have answering their calls, It was always the same girl she always sounded as if she had a mouth full of crap. It was extremely hard to understand her.She was VERY unprofessional and even Hung up on me once when I asked to speak with someone in charge. When I called back and asked for her name she refused to give it to me stating that she was the wife of the owner of the company and would relay the message, of course I never heard back. Even through I loved the work they did I wouldn't call back based on the fact that I would not want to deal with the ignorance of the women answering the phones,I have to wonder how much business they probably lose because of this. Hopefully they resolve this issue by hiring someone with better phone skills.
