Projects: Demo two bathrooms down to the studs, and replace and update everything. I’ve provided support and agreed that we should standardize and deploy turnkey replacement products across all our properties. Our priorities remain 1) safety first and 2) doing it right the first time. The unit is on the 9th floor, approximately 1,200 sq. ft., with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bath #1 (near the kitchen) measures 76" x 95", and Bath #2 measures 58" x 91". Also, the AC unit was serviced by a local asset in July, but issues remain—it likely needs repair or possibly replacement. Please let me know if this is something you can assist with. Thank you!
