We would like to build a small office (no more than 150 sq ft) as an addition or by converting our storage outside into an office.

Projects: Demo two bathrooms down to the studs, and replace and update everything. I’ve provided support and agreed that we should standardize and deploy turnkey replacement products across all our properties. Our priorities remain 1) safety first and 2) doing it right the first time. The unit is on the 9th floor, approximately 1,200 sq. ft., with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bath #1 (near the kitchen) measures 76" x 95", and Bath #2 measures 58" x 91". We envision our home as a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath, open-concept layout. It includes a driveway leading to the main two floors, which are constructed with cement, including cement walls on the upper level. Due to heavy rain, much of the structure has come down. The 1st house built in Aina Haina needs lots of love. We live here, so we need to fix it while living here. I want to gut out the kitchen and make it into a master bedroom. The laundry room that’s on the backside of the kitchen, I want to make into a bathroom. Eventually add a kitchen in the indoor patio. Renovate a gutted bathroom.
